Code of Ethics Training
Ethics training requirementsThe bylaws of the National Association of REALTORSŪ, as well as the bylaws of the Gillespie County Board of RealtorsŪ, require all REALTORŪ members to complete a certified Code of Ethics training class. New members must complete this training within 90 days of applying for membership and once every four years after that. Current members are required to complete a training session before December 31, 2004 and once every four years after that. Read the relevant section of the local bylaws... Ethics training at the Board officeCurrent members are welcome to attend this portion of New Member Orientation in order to fulfill their NAR-required ethics training. Orientation is held on the second Thursday of each month at the Kerrville Board of Realtor office. This class does not carry MCE credit. Ethics training online

NAR's new online Quadrennial REALTOR Ethics Training course for existing members is now available online. This on-line course meets all learning objectives and criteria for the Quadrennial Ethics Training Policy (Policy Statement 48, NAR Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual). The new on-line Quadrennial REALTORŪ Ethics Training course was developed by the National Association of REALTORSŪ. This class does not carry MCE credit.
