Residential

The Residential class is designed for single-family residences.  Unimproved residential properties are entered in the Lot class.

Farm & Ranch

The Farm & Ranch class is designed for large parcels of land that are best used for ranching, hunting, farming, sub-developing, etc.  This class covers both improved and unimproved land.

Lot

The Lot class is designed for unimproved land, whether for residential or commercial purposes.  Be aware that a residential "lot" may be several acres large.

Commercial

The Commercial class applies to improved commercial property only; use the Lot class for unimproved commercial property.
