Navica

Navica is the online version of MLS located at www.navicamls.net.  In order to add, change, or view listings, you simply go to the Navica web site and log in.  Thus, it is accessible from any computer with an Internet connection, and you don't need to install software.   Finally, since you are linked directly to the MLS system, the data is always current.

Navica Off-line

Navica Off-line is the off-line version of MLS.  The program is available through the Board office for $225.00 + tax & shipping or you can order the downloaded version for $200.00 + tax (no shipping charges).   Navica Off-line is an actual program that you install on your computer.  Once you've installed the software, you will need to retrieve updated MLS information regularly. You do this by "syncing the database".   In addition, each time you add or change a listing at Navica Off-line, you will need to send those changes to the MLS system before anyone can see them at the on-line Navica.
