	Use the input forms to collect information you will need in order to enter a listing into the MLS system; each property class has its own form. These forms may require the free Adobe Acrobat reader. If you have trouble opening the forms . . . Older versions of Adobe Acrobat will not be able to open the forms; in that case, try downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0.

Note: The Data Input forms are undergoing revisions by SEI at this time. You will find these forms compromised and difficult to read. SEI is currently addressing this problem.

You will need to download two sections for each property class -- the fill-in section and the features section.

Residential/Residential With Acreage

The Residential form is designed for single-family residences, regardless of the number of acres. Further, it is used for improved residential properties only.

City Lots/Acreage, Farm & Ranch/Rural Subdivision Lots/Tracts

The Farm & Ranch form is designed for large parcels of land that are best used for farming, ranching, hunting, sub-developing, etc. It is also used for city lots, subdivision lots and tracts of land. This class covers both improved and unimproved land.
