Membership
Participation in the Gillespie County Board of REALTORS® is open to
all individuals who are actively engaged in the real estate profession.
Membership is not limited to only real estate agents. All persons
conducting business in the real estate community are welcome to apply for
membership in the Gillespie County Board of Realtors®.
It is not mandatory that broker members of the
Gillespie County Board
of REALTORS® join the MLS. In fact, there are several brokers who are members of
our Board but who do not participate in the MLS. Similarly, there are several
brokers who participate in our MLS but are not members of the Gillespie County Board
of REALTORS®; they are
members of neighboring Boards and Associations, instead.

Please note: When transferring your license from one office to
another, you will need to pay a $75.00 transfer fee to the Gillespie County
Board of REALTORS®
